  • The undersigned Attendee hereby consents to the use by Tally and any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities (collectively, “Company"), as well as Company’s vendor, of Attendee’s name, image, likeness and/or voice, including without limitation, photographs, videos and/or voice recordings of Attendee procured during this event with Company, to be publicly distributed in trainings, recruiting, advertisements, catalogs, newsletters, brochures, websites, social media, marketing, and other Company materials. This consent survives the separation of Attendee's relationship with Company.


    Attendee hereby grants Company full and unrestricted permission to copyright, reproduce, disseminate, publish, display, and touch-up any likeness of Attendee, and to determine, in Company’s sole discretion, the manner and method by which the likeness of Attendee will appear in the authorized materials. Attendee waives any ownership rights in any likeness of Attendee, including photographs, videos, and voice recordings, and any right to pre-approve or inspect the materials containing Attendee’s likeness. Attendee waives any claim that Attendee or Attendee’s heirs, successors, or assigns might have for compensation for the use of Attendee’s name, image, likeness and/or voice for these purposes. This waiver survives the separation of Attendee’s relationship with Company. Attendee may revoke his/her consent in writing addressed to Company.


    In exchange for good and valuable consideration, including without limitation, Attendee hereby releases and forever discharges Company and anyone acting under its authority from any and all claims and demands arising out of Company’s use of Attendee’s name, image, likeness and/or voice for these purposes.


    Attendee acknowledges that Company will rely on this Consent and Release in producing, broadcasting, and distributing materials externally and internally. Attendee has read this Consent and Release, fully understands its terms and agrees that Attendee is relinquishing substantial rights, including Attendee’s right to sue Company, relating to the use of Attendee’s name, image, likeness and/or voice for the purposes listed herein, by signing this document, which Attendee does freely and voluntarily. Attendee intends for Attendee’s consent below to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. Should additional consents be required by state or federal law, Attendee covenants to promptly provide such consents.
